If you wish to order a repeat prescription please give us at least 48 hours notice via phone or email.  This allows us time to ensure that we have your animal’s required drugs in stock, and also get approval from a vet before it can be handed out to the owner.

Please note that we are unable to provide drugs if the animal has not been seen by a vet in the past six months.  If this is the case then you will be informed at the time of ordering, and then offered an appointment.

Please allow for bank holiday weekends. If you request a prescription online on a Friday it may not be ready for collection until the following Tuesday.
